He specialises in representing taxpayers before the National Revenue Administration bodies and administrative courts in tax, customs and administrative enforcement disputes.
He also specialises in legal and tax restructuring issues and drafts transfer pricing documentation.
While cooperating with the Law Firm, he also acts as a head of the tax department in a renowned audit firm in Poznań.
He gained his tax law expertise while working in the following departments of the First Wielkopolska Tax Office in Poznań:
- Tax Accounting Department – responsible for defaulted arrears, including issues related to representing the creditor in administrative enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings and regarding tax liabilities and arrears (issues of overpayments, payments, limitation periods, security, etc.)
- Indirect Taxes Department – responsible for conducting tax proceedings related to value added tax
- Tax Proceedings Department – coordinator of the tax proceedings team (VAT, PCC, PIT and CIT).
He completed postgraduate courses in International Tax Strategies as well as Transfer Pricing and Tax Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also attended numerous accounting training sessions organised by the Accountants Association.
He successfully completed attorney at law training at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. After passing the exam, he was entered on the list of tax advisors.
