His areas of practice include civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on transport law and international (cross-border) commercial law. He drafts and reviews commercial contracts and other corporate documents. Also, he advises clients on the implementation of procedures tailored to their organisations. He represents clients in court and enforcement proceedings, providing comprehensive legal assistance.
He can boast extensive experience in handling disputes for clients in the TSL sector, both at the complaint and court stages. Thanks to his experience in providing legal services to TSL companies, he has great expertise in the legal challenges faced by businesses in this sector.
His specialisations include also judicial enforcement proceedings. During his studies, he worked with a local court enforcement office, which allowed him to gain valuable knowledge about the practical aspects of applying judicial enforcement proceedings.
