Oksana has a distinguished track record of handling M&A and transaction structuring, advising on the most advantageous tax planning strategies for cross-border inbound and outbound investment, including development and implementation of efficient international tax structures and practical mechanisms for profits repatriation.
She has a vast experience in consulting on corporate reorganisations and distributions, sale of businesses, capital raisings, joint ventures, property developments and liquidations. This extensive experience includes also the provision of tax advice to the Ukrainian and CIS high-net-worth individuals on private wealth structuring, preservation of wealth and tax planning around life changing events.
She holds a law degree summa cum laude from the University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
