He has considerable experience in providing legal services related to construction projects, including those implemented under FIDIC contract terms. In particular, his areas of practice include:
- advice at the stage of public procurement proceedings
- advice on the drafting of contracts for construction works, design works, subcontracting, author’s and investor’s supervision, and other contracts related to the investment process
- advice on obtaining decisions, permits, opinions and approvals required for the implementation of construction works and providing representation of participants in the construction process in administrative and court-administrative proceedings
- opinions on the possibility of making amendments to contracts concluded under the provisions of the Public Procurement Law Act
- advice on pursuing contractual claims (taking into account procedures resulting from FIDIC contract terms) and non-contractual claims arising in connection with the implementation of construction works
- legal representation in court disputes between the investor and the contractor, disputes concerning the joint and several liability of the investor and the contractor towards subcontractors, as well as in disputes between parties to the construction works contract and other participants in the construction process or third parties, arising in connection with the implementation of the construction project.
Graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, completed also a postgraduate course in the Management of Infrastructure Projects in Railway Construction (Warsaw University of Technology). Attorney at Law being a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
